Your host, Brian Briscoe, has been a general partner in 1000+ units worth over $100 million and has been lead sponsor, asset manager, capital raiser, and key principal on these properties. He has developed a multifamily education community called the Tribe of Titans that helps aspiring investors learn the game, network with other like-minded professionals, and get their apartment investing business to the next level. He is founder of Streamline Capital Group, which will continue to acquire multifamily assets well into the future. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021.

Yeadon Smith
Yeadon Smith is a husband of 16 years, father of four red haired children, marathon runner, and business owner.
Yeadon is a recovering youth minister now working full time in real estate. He is the owner of Live Oak Real Estate, and co-founder of Live Oak Capital, a real estate investment firm. They work with private investors to give them solid, consistent returns to build long term wealth and cash flow. Yeadon has helped grow Live Oak Capital to over $50 million in assets under his management since its beginning in 2019.
Currently he focuses on educating and coaching students using the online education platform he co-founded, My First Million In Multifamily. He mentors students in the program on how to buy apartment complexes with private investor capital. In 2021, students closed deals totaling over $10 million.

Ciaara Hoffmann is Managing Partner for Synergy Capital Investments. She uses her real estate and financial background to significantly reduce risk and identify the best opportunities for her investors. Along with her husband Boyd, she helps new and seasoned investors find out how they can take advantage of stable, risk-adjusted returns and achieve financial freedom by investing passively in multifamily.
