Your host, Brian Briscoe, has owned over twenty apartment complexes worth hundreds of millions of dollars and is dedicated to helping aspiring apartment investors learn how to do the same.
He founded the Tribe of Titans as his platform to educate aspiring apartment investors and is continually creating new content for the subscribers and coaching clients.
He is the founder of Streamline Capital based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is probably working on closing another apartment complex in the greater SLC area.
He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021 after 20 years of service.

Param Singh
Param Singh lives and works in San Antonio, TX with his wife and 3 kids. Param spent over 24 years as a global management consulting executive and subject matter expert in the Life Sciences Industry and led a team providing service, delivery, and process advisory for Life Sciences companies before leaving that career to focus exclusively on Real Estate investing.
Param has been investing in real estate for over 15 years. While initial investments were in single-family projects, in the last 5 years has exclusively focused on commercial real estate across a variety of asset types. As a Fund Manager, Param’s prime focus is on providing diverse investment opportunities with highly experienced and expert operators and partners, allowing our investors to passively grow their wealth through real estate. He understands that each project comes with its own unique set of challenges, and has the unique ability to develop creative solutions that meet the needs of both investors and stakeholders
